This week we are holding our first Churchyard Cemetery Service of Morning Prayer, gathering outdoors to worship the Lord God while surrounded by the saints who have gone on before us. As such, our Morning Prayer service order might seem a little different today. We hope this service will become an annual tradition, and an ongoing opportunity for those in our wider community who have loved ones buried at St. Luke's to gather in prayer, bring flowers to lay at graves, and remember with gratitude their lives. Whether or not you are able to join us in person, please take some time today to remember the lives and legacies of our Christian sisters and brothers who have died and are now at peace in the presence of Jesus our Risen Lord.
