Hosanna! Blessed is He who comes in the Name of the LORD! Today we celebrate Palm Sunday, commemorating Christ's momentous arrival to Jerusalem, as well as the beginning of Holy Week. With the season of Lent drawing to a close, and Eastertide nearly upon us, we have been reflecting upon various biblical themes that help us understand the significance of what Christ accomplished for the world at the cross. Here is a short video from the Bible Project that can help us explore the Gospel of Mark, and see how this Gospel depicts the life and death of Jesus as the surprising Good News that it is. We will be making At-Home Worship resources available later this week for Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Saturday Easter Vigil, and Easter Sunday.
